The Extra Attic Self Storage, LLC was formed by Tre Couturier and Richards Gregory in 2001. We opened the doors for our first day of business at The Extra Attic Self Storage on February 28, 2002 and have been enjoying our new home near Mt. Pleasant, SC ever since. We are locally owned and operated and are thankful for our opportunity to serve the lowcountry with a product that was needed for the area.

Our 750 unit state-of-the-art facility allows the competitive pricing for both climate controlled and non-climate controlled space.
